Adam Donshik
Creative Director

Adam has been a freelance graphic designer for the last 20 years and currently works as a Creative Director. He has created identities for small businesses, charities, and theatre companies, as well as marketing materials for countless actors.

He works tirelessly on all projects to maintain brand identity while striving for dynamic visual design.

When not working as a designer, Adam is a professional actor holding a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University and an MFA from George Washington University.

Lauren Spagnoletti
Director, Marketing &
Business Affairs

Lauren is a marketing and communications consultant, with a background in writing. She has an MBA, with a concentration in Media Management and Communications, from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, and an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.

She enjoys both the business and creative sides of marketing. Developing creative wording is just as exciting as diving into data. And she believes that both are equally important!

Before business school, Lauren spent nearly a decade working on the creative side of the entertainment industry as an actress and producer. She is an avid home cook, half-marathoner, and mom to two active little boys.
